Laura Salome, CCIM
Managing Director

Laura Salome holds the CCIM (certified commercial investment member) designation and is president of the local CCIM chapter in El Paso Texas. She is highly involved in the El Paso community and specializes in Investment sales, retail, healthcare, and multi family real estate. Laura has a background in medical sales which keeps her interested in healthcare real estate. She has lived in the bay area of California and enjoys working with a national commercial real estate firm that allows her to participate in cross state real estate transactions. Fluent in Spanish, she understands the El Paso culture well. She is committed to providing excellent service to her clients and customers. Laura has two children in college and enjoys travelling, friends, yoga, music, and good food.

James Salome

James is a local El Pasoan. A graduate from the University of Texas, he has been in commercial real estate for over 45 years. James’s friends, colleagues, and clients call him “Jimmy” and he has the expertise and integrity that has earned him a reputation as being a true “investment consultant”. There is not an asset class that Jimmy has not worked on in his long career, and most likely not a situation he has not had experience with. Jimmy is interested in all aspects of the world’s economy…locally, regionally, and nationally which makes him an expert in understanding commercial real estate cycles.Jimmy has closed Billions of dollars of real estate throughout his career and is still active in multi family, land, office, and property management.

Landry McKee

Landry has a diverse working background that has helped hone a broad range of skills in sales, management, personal training, construction, and even rock climbing. Varying work environments has fostered excellence in customer relations and patience. Landry received a Bachelors of Arts degree from St Edwards in Austin Texas. While in Austin, Landry constructed venues for large concerts independently and while working for The Backyard Bistro. He’s also tended bar, managed a small infrastructure crew with Red Bull USA, and was employed seasonally with Rock About (an adventure rock climbing guiding services company). Born and raised in El Paso, he has now been back here since 2013 and has worked for a commercial construction company as a foreman and project superintendent. Landry recently became licensed in real estate and specializes in all forms of Commercial Real Estate to include investment sales with a strong focus on multi family, leasing, industrial, and land. A gregarious personality with a strong work ethic, he also enjoys yoga, trail riding, and hiking with his dog Ladybird.
